Guidelines & Preparation for Virtual Summits 2025.mp4
The event is an educational experience for attendees. Use practical learning and real life examples in your session.
Please. Don't. Pitch. It's the single biggest turn-off for audiences.
Content examples that work well:
- Masterclass session: focus on the how-to and applications of artificial intelligence tools or practices
- Case study presentation: joint presentations with clients / customers with real life examples
Each session will last for up to 50 mins divided into:
- Live Intro / Welcome [moderator]: 2-3 mins welcome, setup and brief intro for speaker (s)
- Recorded Presentation [presenter]: 25-30 mins content
- Live Video Q&A [moderator and presenter(s)]: 10-15 mins

Guidelines:
- Use your own format and branding for your presentation.
- Create a short, simple and objective name for your session for people to understand what you are going to deliver.
- The presentations are prerecorded before the live event to avoid tech issues. We just play the recording during the event.
- For the video, only record the slideshow / screen-share, do not capture video of the speaker during the presentation.
- The Q&A is live. Ensure you have good internet, camera and microphone, we will test it before the session.
- Enter the stage at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- Send us up to 5 questions you would like us to ask during the Q&A.
